The original Bavarian Weissbier, Schneider Weisse, is produced in the oldest Bavarian brewery of WEIESSES BRAUHAUS G. SCHNEIDER & SOHN, which has been specialized in Weissbier since 1872. It belongs to the Weissbier beer type, that is, a double-fermented beer used wheat during its preparation.
The traditional fermentation process, formulated by Georg Schneider I, in open tanks and re-bottling in the bottle, guarantees the special taste of this type of beer and is an important factor in ensuring its high quality. The process of brewing combines high expertise with great care to enable the consumer to enjoy an unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, that is, a perfectly natural product.
Today, Schneider Weisse, the authentic, high-quality German Weissbier for consumers looking for new flavor experiences and different types of beer, is distributed on 6 continents, namely 34 countries.
